Baltic Sea Adventure

Sopot, Poland

June 24-28, 2023

Our last 4-day visit in Poland was to Sopot, Poland. A costal city on the Baltic Sea between Gdansk and Gdynia. The area is called the TriCities of the area of Pomeranian Voivodeship. From here we traveled by bus and rail to Gdansk, and the Solidary Museum and shipyards. (Future blog posts)

Our hotel was in the lower right hand corner just before the bend in the greenway/bike path.

5:30 am. The sun has been up for a while! Day begins with first light at 3:33 am and ends with last light after 10:00 pm.
Separate bike paths and walkways along the beach area.

A summer playground for all! Grand Hotel /Spa and children’s carousel.

Sunsets were spectacular!
Sunset video, the lights were on the long pier.
I so enjoyed walking daily on the beach even when it threatened storms. Even caught the moon while in Poland!
A beautiful evening for my last full day at Sopot.

  3. Wow, that breakfast looked delicious! I just love all the animals and I’m just amazed at the first light, 3:33 am???
